A rejuvenation of privateering to restrict the movement of tyrants, terrorists and criminals across all domains while enabling privateers to operate legally, effectively, and profitably
Mission
Our Mission is to conduct research and outreach to develop a modern and effective privateering framework, modern letter of marque system or equivalent mechanism and advance future privateering capabilities and firms
Research
Conducts research to better understand and educate the public on strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of privateering
Outreach
Engages with stakeholders pivotal to developing privateering opportunities including government stakeholders including but to limited to Legislative members, contracting officers, departments agencies that could benefit or enable a privateering capability
Develop Privateering Capabilities
Develop and support the development of privateering/proto privateering firms and capabilities
