Government Outreach
Contact your representative to ask what steps are being taken to support or explore privateering as a tool to solve government challenges. Feel free to share or cc luke@privateerproject.us in any correspondence.
Suggested legislative actions include:
- Amending the Anti-Deficiency Act and Miscellaneous Receipts Act to allow contractor payment from seizure-derived revenue
- Authorizing payment of a portion of seized/forfeited assets to private contractors
- Adding Privateering-Style Contract provisions to
